High Strangeness is an instrumental four-piece from Moses Lake, Washington: Justin and Eric on guitars, Rob on bass, Colby on drums. They play fuzz-soaked psych, doom and stoner rock built on heavy riffs and long, jammy detours that wander out into the desert and come back louder. There's no singer and nobody misses one. The amps handle the talking.
In 2026 they've played all over the Northwest: Ray's Golden Lion in Richland, Axe Kickers in Seattle, the Blues & Psychedelic Rock Festival at Slice of Life in Tacoma, Black Lodge in Coeur d'Alene, Wally's House of Booze in Wenatchee, Stikfest 17 in Mesa, and Sludge Fest in their hometown. Next up: the Halloween Bash in Moses Lake on Oct 31.
